I have been drawn to so many neutral nurseries since both of our babes will be sharing a space. But, I came across this stunning nursery designed by Dina and it is absolutely fabulous! I love that she added drama and color by wallpapering the ceiling!

5. Linen Closet Makeover

I am sure some of you are into Spring cleaning this time of year. With that comes a lot of organization. I just took about 3 loads of old sheets, towels and whatever else was hiding in our closets to Goodwill. It feels so great to purge...doesn't it? Well... take a look at Dear Lillie's Linen Closet Makeover. I have always said that keeping your towels neutral and adding baskets and bins will totally simplify life!

I just adore her Industrial Cottage Chic place! It started out as just a builder grade home and Anissa has added so much character to each space she touches. I love how she has combined vintage pieces as well as more modern pieces in each room. Love her style don't you?

Things around this blog haven't happened exactly how I thought they would this time of year, but nonetheless the house is decorated, gifts have been bought and about 1/4th of our cards have been mailed.
I usually do a full Home Tour around Christmas, but just didn't have a whole lot of energy to stage and take pictures.

Tuesday Treats #22 {Inspiration from around the web}

How are you all holding up today? We have officially took a dive into September. I know for some of you this is bittersweet. Saying good bye to summer is hard, but craving for more of a routine is a must.  Some kids have started back to school today which gives some of my mama friends a bit of a break during the day, but creates chaos in the evenings for homework and activities. Thinking of you all today!

As usual I have been scouring the web for some amazing inspiration as well as fun DIY's that you all might like to try. Here are some of my favorites from this week:

#1: DIY Marble Tray
How adorable is this colored tray? Can you believe that my friend Jen made this in less than 10 minutes with nail polish? I think this might be a fun girls night DIY. What do you all think?

#2: Easy Piping Tutorial

Last week my mother-in law was in town. She is the queen of sewing..seriously! We worked on making the pillow below for the dining room. It was my first time adding professional piping! It is easier than it looks my friends. Make sure you go Barbara Huber Designs and follow the instructions. So helpful!

#3: Teen Office Nook

My friend Claire knocked out this adorable little teen office nook using wallternative decals. I love how she styled this whole little space. For the full post click over HERE.

Fabulous Feature Friday {Life on Virginia Street}

I am very excited to share today's Friday Feature. Sarah writes the blog Life on Virginia Street. I had the pleasure of meeting her at the Haven Conference last week and she is seriously the sweetest person ever. Not to mention quite talented at decorating her home. Wait till you see her office! Definitely one of my favorites. Oh and the laundry room...don't get me started. I wish I had a laundry "room"!
